This past February I was contacted by La Sportiva requesting some new trail running photos from the NW to use in their new marketing & advertising. Luckily this past February in Washington felt much more like summer than winter so I promptly took advantage of 4 days of sunshine and began putting together photos for La Sportiva to choose from. They chose two photos and this one happens to be of me. Behind the scenes: I would set up the photograph with Bridget running in the same place. Once I got the exposure, angle, & lighting all figured out I put the camera on a tripod switched it to continuous fire mode and then had Bridget hold down the shutter button as I strutted by. So technically speaking it is the first photograph I have ever had published with me in it and also the first photo taken by Bridget to get published.
